How NCTF 135 works
NCTF is a polyrevitalising solution: hyaluronic acid together with fifty-nine ingredients — vitamins, amino acids, minerals, coenzymes and nucleic acids — micro-injected into the superficial dermis across the whole treatment area. It is not a filler and does not add volume. It works on the environment the cells live in: better hydration held in the tissue, and the raw material fibroblasts need to keep producing collagen.
What it improves
Dull, dehydrated skin that looks tired regardless of how well you sleep. Loss of density and that fine crepey quality on the neck and décolleté. Early fine lines. It is the treatment for skin that has no single defect to correct but has lost its quality — which, after enough years of sun and salt, describes most skin in this region.
Session and recovery
Thirty to forty minutes with numbing cream. The technique is a grid of superficial micro-injections, so you leave with small raised points across the treated area — these settle within a few hours to a day. Occasional pinpoint bruising. Skin looks better hydrated within the first week, and the effect deepens across the plan. It is a series treatment: three sessions two to three weeks apart, then maintenance.

Price depends on how many sessions your plan actually needs, which is why it is quoted after the assessment rather than published as a single figure — a neck and décolleté plan is not the same as a face-only refresh. Aurora maps the plan at the first visit and tells you where NCTF is worth it and where a different treatment would give you more for the same money.

Safety, side effects and aftercare
What to expect
A grid of small raised points immediately after, resolving within hours or by the next day. Occasional pinpoint bruising, more likely on thin skin such as the under-eye area or the décolleté. Mild tenderness the first evening.
When we don't treat
Not performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding, over active infection, cold sores or open lesions, with a known allergy to any component, or on skin with active inflammatory conditions in the treatment area.
Aftercare
No make-up for twelve hours and no gym, sauna or pool for twenty-four. SPF 50 as always. Avoid alcohol the same evening — it makes the bumps last longer and the bruising more likely.

Frequently asked questions
Is it a filler?
No. Fillers add volume in a specific place; NCTF distributes nutrients and hydration across an area to improve skin quality. They solve different problems and are often used together, at different visits.
Why is there no fixed price?
Because the plan changes: a face-only series and a face-plus-neck-and-décolleté plan involve different amounts of product and different numbers of sessions. It is quoted once the plan is defined, at a consultation that costs nothing.
Can I do it before an event?
Leave at least three days. The small injection points usually settle within hours, but on thin skin they can take a day and occasional bruising takes longer.
How long does it last?
The series holds for around four to six months depending on your skin and your sun exposure, after which a single maintenance session usually keeps it there.
