Coconut Botox Tulum, located at Av. Tulum, Libra Sur, Local 2, Colonia Centro, 77760 Tulum, Quintana Roo, Mexico, is responsible for your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP).
Data we collect
When you book we collect your name, phone, email and the health information strictly needed to assess and perform aesthetic treatments safely (allergies, medication, relevant history). Health data is sensitive data and is handled with reinforced confidentiality.
How we use it
Scheduling and confirming appointments, performing your aesthetic-medical assessment, post-treatment follow-up via WhatsApp, and — only with your consent — sending promotions. We never sell your data.
Third parties involved
Our booking calendar runs on LeadConnector (GoHighLevel); the site is hosted on Vercel; fonts are served by Google Fonts. Each provider processes minimal technical data under its own policies.
Cookies and local storage
This site uses no advertising tracking cookies. It only stores your language preference in your browser (localStorage).
Retention and security
Records are kept for the time required by applicable health regulations and protected with reasonable administrative, technical and physical measures.
Your ARCO rights
You may request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition by writing to WhatsApp +52 984 240 8939. We respond within the timeframes set by the LFPDPPP.
Minors
Treatments are performed only on adults, or with the express consent of a parent or guardian.

Updates to this notice will be published on this page with their effective date.
