Why Soprano Ice diode
Our Soprano Ice platform uses in-motion diode technology with continuous sapphire-tip cooling. Instead of painful single high-energy pulses, it sweeps the zone with gradual heating that destroys the follicle while the surface stays cool. Sessions are famously comfortable — most guests compare it to a warm massage — and, crucially for Tulum, the technology is safe on more skin tones and even lightly tanned skin.
Zones and plans
Face (upper lip, chin, sideburns), underarms, arms, bikini or full Brazilian, legs, chest, back and shoulders. Hair grows in cycles, so lasting reduction takes a series: typically 6–8 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks for body zones and slightly closer for face. After the series, most patients keep results with one or two maintenance sessions per year.
Before and after each session
Come with the zone shaved (not waxed — the laser needs the root) and free of self-tanner. After the session: 48 hours without sauna, very hot showers or direct sun on the area, then SPF religiously. Redness fades within hours. Hairs shed over the following 1–2 weeks — that shedding is the treatment working.
Honest expectations
Laser works best on hair with pigment; very blonde, grey or red hair responds poorly, and we will tell you before you spend money. Hormonal zones may need periodic maintenance. You always get the real map at consultation.

Frequently asked questions
Does it hurt?
Soprano Ice is one of the most comfortable systems available — gradual warmth instead of hot snaps. Sensitive zones stay very tolerable.
Can I do laser if I have been at the beach?
Light tan is workable with this diode platform, but no fresh sunburn. Tell us honestly and we calibrate or reschedule the zone.
How many sessions until I see changes?
Visible reduction usually starts after the second or third session; full protocols run 6–8.
Is it for men too?
Absolutely — back, shoulders, chest and beard-line are common male zones at the clinic.
