Sixty-three kilometres south on Federal Highway 307, which is the same road you take for a day trip to the ruins. Around fifty minutes with normal traffic, closer to an hour and ten in high season or if you leave Playa between eight and nine in the morning, when the Cancún-bound lane backs up. The clinic is on Av. Tulum, Libra Sur Local 2, in Tulum Centro, with parking at the door — worth knowing, because street parking in the centre disappears by midday.
Fitting it into a day
Most people from Playa treat it as a morning: leave around nine, arrive before ten, and the appointment itself runs between thirty minutes and an hour and a half depending on the treatment. Botox and fillers leave nothing visible to hide, so the afternoon stays yours — the cenotes on the way back are twenty minutes from the clinic. What does not fit into a day trip is anything with real recovery: fractional CO2 and tattoo removal need a week you will not want to spend driving.

Can I go back to the beach the same day?
