Sessions run about 60 minutes in comfortable clothing. Ears equalize like on a flight descent — we teach you in ten seconds. Contraindications (recent ear surgery, certain lung conditions, pregnancy) are screened before your first session. No downtime whatsoever.

What to expect
Ear pressure during ascent and descent, similar to a flight, which is managed with simple equalising techniques. Occasional light fatigue afterwards.
When we don't treat
Not performed with untreated pneumothorax, current upper respiratory infection or blocked ears, uncontrolled epilepsy, or during certain chemotherapy treatments. Claustrophobia should be discussed beforehand.
Aftercare
Eat lightly before your session and avoid alcohol that day. Bring cotton clothing. Hydrate well afterwards. You can drive and continue your day normally.
