Getting here from Cancún
From Cancún airport it is 119 kilometres south on Highway 307, roughly an hour and forty-five minutes door to door. From the hotel zone add twenty to thirty minutes. Shuttles and private transfers run this route constantly, and the ADO bus from the airport reaches Tulum Centro in about two hours, dropping within walking distance of the clinic. Parking is at the door if you are driving yourself.
What not to have the day before a flight
This is the question worth asking before booking anything, and few clinics raise it unprompted. Fillers swell for a day or two, and cabin pressure with a fresh syringe in your lips is uncomfortable rather than dangerous — but it is not how you want to spend a flight. Anything with real recovery is worse timing: fractional CO2, laser tattoo removal and Endolaser all need days you should not spend in an airport. Botox is the exception: no downtime, and flying the same day is fine.
Building it into arrival instead of departure
The better plan is almost always the start of the trip. Book in the first two days, and by the time you fly home the swelling from fillers has settled, a laser session has passed its peeling phase, and anything that needed a review appointment can actually have one. It also means that if something needs adjusting — a touch-up at two weeks is normal with fillers — you are still in the country.

Can I fly the same day as Botox?
Yes. Botox has no downtime and cabin pressure does not affect it. Staying upright for the first four hours is the only common-sense precaution, which a flight naturally does for you.
What about flying after fillers?
It is not dangerous, but swelling peaks in the first forty-eight hours and a flight during that window is uncomfortable. If you can, leave at least two days between filler and flight.
