How rhinomodelation works
Small, precise amounts of hyaluronic acid filler are placed at specific points on the nasal dorsum, the tip and the base of the columella. The filler does not remove anything — it corrects the way light falls on the profile: filling a dorsal depression makes a bump read as straight, and supporting the base lifts a drooping tip. Because the product is hyaluronic acid, it can be dissolved if you do not like the result.
What it improves
A dorsal hump, which appears straightened once the areas above and below it are filled. A drooping or poorly defined tip. An acute nasolabial angle that shortens the profile. Mild asymmetries. What it cannot do is make a nose smaller — filler adds, it never subtracts. If reduction is your goal, surgery is the honest answer and we will say so.
Session and recovery
Thirty minutes including numbing. Precision matters more here than in any other injectable area, so the pace is deliberate. You see the change immediately. Mild swelling and occasional small bruising at the injection points for two to three days. Most people return to normal activity the same day, and the result settles fully within two weeks. Duration is typically twelve to eighteen months.

This is the injectable area with the least margin for error: the vascular anatomy of the nose is unforgiving, and the difference between a good practitioner and a cheap one shows here more than anywhere. Aurora works with cannula and needle depending on the zone, in small increments across the session, and keeps hyaluronidase on hand. She will also decline the case when the anatomy calls for surgery rather than filler.

Safety, side effects and aftercare
What to expect
Mild swelling for two to three days and occasional small bruises at the entry points. Some tenderness when touching the nose during the first days. The final shape reads properly at two weeks, once swelling has fully gone.
When we don't treat
Not performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding, over active infection or skin lesions in the area, with a history of vascular complication in the nose, or on a nose that has had recent surgery or permanent filler placed elsewhere. Where the anatomy makes the vascular risk unacceptable, the treatment is declined outright.
Aftercare
Do not press, massage or wear glasses resting on the treated area for a week. No gym, sauna or pool for forty-eight hours. Contact the clinic immediately — not the next day — if you notice pain that increases, blanching of the skin, or any visual change. That instruction is standard practice for nasal filler and it is given to every patient.

Frequently asked questions
Is it reversible?
Yes. The filler used is hyaluronic acid, which can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. That reversibility is one of the reasons it is a reasonable option for someone unsure about surgery.
Can it make my nose smaller?
No. Filler only adds volume. It can make a nose look straighter, more balanced or better proportioned in profile, but reduction is a surgical result and we do not pretend otherwise.
Why is there no published price?
Because it depends entirely on how much product your profile needs — some corrections take very little, others more. It is quoted at the assessment, which costs nothing.
Is it risky?
It carries more vascular risk than other filler areas, which is precisely why technique and product choice matter so much. Done by someone with the anatomy training and the reversal agent on hand, it is a well-established procedure.
