The short answer
At Coconut Botox Tulum, Botox starts at $125 USD per treated area (about $2,175 MXN at current rates). One "area" means one muscle group — your forehead lines, the frown lines between your brows, or the crow's feet around your eyes are each a separate area. Most first-timers treat one to three areas.
The consultation where we decide how many areas you actually need is free. You never pay to find out your plan.
Why Botox is priced "per area" and not "per unit"
You'll see two pricing models in Mexico. Some clinics charge per unit of product (typically $12–$20 USD a unit), which sounds cheap until a forehead needs 20–25 units. We price per treated area instead, so you know your total before the needle comes out — no surprise math on the invoice, no incentive for anyone to under-dose to hit a number.
What actually drives the price
Three things move the cost of Botox in Tulum, and they are worth understanding before you compare quotes:
- Product brandPremium, traceable neurotoxin
- Areas treatedOne to three for most
- Who injectsExperience over volume
- AftercareTwo-week review included
The cheapest injectable in town is almost always cheap for a reason — an unbranded or grey-market product, or a very high-volume, low-touch practice. We use only premium, traceable brands stored under strict protocol, and every treatment includes a follow-up review at two weeks. That review is where small asymmetries get corrected for free, and it is the part discount clinics skip.
The full price list
We publish every treatment, not just Botox. Fillers start at $6,500 MXN per syringe, facial contouring with filler at $14,500 MXN, laser hair removal from $1,500 MXN a session, collagen biostimulators from $11,000 MXN, and Morpheus8 from $8,500 MXN. IV therapy and hyperbaric oxygen start at $4,500 and $1,500 MXN respectively. Botox is quoted in USD because that is how the product is priced; everything else is in pesos.
How our prices compare in Tulum
Honestly? We are not the cheapest, and we do not try to be. Tulum has clinics that will beat our number. What you are paying for here is a specialist with more than 20 years of experience, a philosophy of natural, conservative dosing, and the two-week review that makes sure you leave happy. If price is your only filter, you will find a lower one. If value is, this is a fair one.
Paying
We accept cash in pesos or US dollars, and card. The USD figures on our site are a reference and shift a little with the exchange rate — the peso price is the anchor.
Frequently asked questions
Is the consultation really free?
Yes. The facial analysis and written plan cost nothing, and there is no obligation to book a treatment afterward.
Why don't you just post one flat price?
Because a fair price depends on how many areas you treat. We publish the per-area starting figure so you can estimate, and confirm the total at your free consultation.
Can I pay in US dollars?
Yes, cash in USD or MXN, and card. The Botox price is set in USD; the rest is in pesos.
